A Senga project coordinator runs your job from the first call to the final inspection, and every installer on site works to Senga’s standards, under Senga’s license and insurance. If anything comes up during or after the install, you call us, not a third party.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Senga Energy holds California CSLB license #1033247 (C-10 Electrical), active and in good standing since 2016, with the required contractor bonds, general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Verify any of it on the CSLB website or ask us for proof of insurance.
Where do you work?
Roughly 50 miles around El Dorado Hills: Folsom, Cameron Park, Placerville, Granite Bay, Roseville, Rocklin, Fair Oaks, Rancho Cordova, Auburn, Sacramento and the towns in between. If you are not sure, call and ask.
What happens if something goes wrong after the install?
You call the same local number and we come out. Solar-Based Utility customers are covered by a 25-year full-system warranty, and every project carries our workmanship and roof-penetration warranty on top of the manufacturers' coverage.
Do you do more than solar?
Yes. Home batteries, heating and cooling systems, roofing and energy-efficient windows, all installed by the same licensed team, so one company is accountable for the whole home.
