These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of sengaenergy.com and our related pages, forms and scheduling tools (the “Site”), and the text messages, phone calls and emails you receive from Senga Energy LLC (“Senga Energy,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site, submitting a form, booking a call, texting or calling us, or opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our communication programs.

1. Who We Are

Senga Energy LLC is a California home energy contractor located at 4650 Golden Foothill Pkwy, Ste 135, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762. We hold California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license #1033247 (C-10 Electrical). We design, install and service solar energy systems, home batteries, HVAC (heating and cooling) systems, roofing and windows, and we repair and maintain existing solar systems, including systems installed by other companies. 2. Estimates, Savings and Incentives

• Information only. Content on the Site, calculators, consultations, and any estimate, proposal, savings projection or eligibility review we provide are for informational purposes. They are based on the information you give us, utility rates, equipment specifications and program rules in effect at the time, and they are not a guarantee of any result.
• Savings are not guaranteed. Actual energy production, bill savings and system performance depend on many factors outside our control, including weather, shading, your energy usage, utility rate changes (such as PG&E or SMUD rate and fixed-charge changes) and net billing rules.
• Incentives and rebates. Rebates, incentives, tax credits and utility programs are offered and controlled by third parties, may change or end without notice, have their own eligibility requirements and funding limits, and are not guaranteed. We do not provide tax, legal or financial advice. Please consult a qualified tax professional about your situation.
• Qualification. Not every home qualifies for every product, program or offer. Eligibility is determined after review and may require a site visit, utility information and approval by third parties.

3. Contracts, Financing and Third-Party Programs

Any installation, repair or other work is performed only under a separate written agreement signed by you and Senga Energy. That agreement, including its price, scope, warranty, payment terms and your cancellation rights under California law, controls over anything on the Site or said in a call, text or email. Financing, leases, power purchase agreements, subscription plans and similar programs are provided by third-party companies under their own terms, credit criteria and approval decisions. Senga Energy is not a lender and does not guarantee approval or terms.

4. Appointments and Consultations

When you book a consultation, eligibility review, diagnosis or site visit, you agree to provide accurate information and to let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Appointment times are subject to availability. A consultation or diagnosis does not obligate you to purchase anything.

5. Text Message (SMS) Program

Program description. When you check the consent box on one of our forms, text us, or otherwise give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from Senga Energy at that number. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, service and project updates, quotes and follow-ups, and information about offers, rebates and incentives relevant to your home. Some messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and activity. While your inquiry or project is active you may receive several messages a week; otherwise messages are occasional.
• Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Senga Energy does not charge for its text messages.
• Opt out. Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT) to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (916) 536-7954, or email support@sengaenergy.com.
• Carriers. Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your number. You confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you agree to tell us if you change or give up that number.
• Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Phone Calls, AI Assistant and Call Recording

If you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, you consent to receive calls from Senga Energy about your inquiry, appointments, quotes, projects and related offers, which may include calls placed using automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Some calls, including calls after business hours, may be answered or placed by an AI voice assistant acting on our behalf, which can answer questions, collect information and book appointments; it will tell you it is an automated assistant if you ask. Calls to and from Senga Energy may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and to follow up on your request. By continuing a call after this notice, or after being told the call may be recorded, you consent to the recording. To stop calls, tell us during any call, reply STOP to a text, or email support@sengaenergy.com.

7. Email

If you give us your email address, we may send you emails about your inquiry, appointments, quotes and projects, as well as newsletters, educational content and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We may still send you transactional or service emails related to an active inquiry, appointment or project.

8. Revoking Consent

You may revoke your consent to texts, calls or emails at any time by any reasonable method, including replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call, using an unsubscribe link, calling (916) 536-7954 or emailing support@sengaenergy.com. We will honor your request within the time required by law. Revoking consent for one channel does not automatically revoke the others unless you tell us it should.

9. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide information that is accurate and your own. You may not submit someone else’s contact information without their permission, interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use automated tools to scrape or submit forms. Site content, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Senga Energy and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission. The Site may link to third-party websites and use third-party tools, such as form, scheduling and payment providers, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Purchases Through the Site

If you purchase any product or service directly through the Site, our Refund Policy also applies.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senga Energy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site and its content, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Warranties for installed equipment and workmanship are provided only in your written agreement and the equipment manufacturers’ warranties.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senga Energy and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost savings or profits, arising from your use of the Site or our text, call or email communications. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under your written agreement with us or that cannot be limited under California law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Dorado County or Sacramento County, California, unless your written agreement with us provides otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or our communication programs after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
