My wife and I are new arrivals to El Dorado Hills moving from San Jose in early summer of 2024. One of the first things we noticed in our EDH home was the price of energy! We knew we wanted solar because we previously had solar in SJ. We did as advised and after doing some research, we interviewed four different companies... we chose Senga Energy. Senga was honest about its pricing, kept us consistently informed as the solar purchase and install was taking place. The install went smoothly as well as all of the inspections and the final license to operate under PG&E. The install crew was great and the installation was very clean, easily passing our HOA review. We included a Tesla battery back-up system which should help our electricity bills and power our house in case of a black out. Installation, permitting, inspections: all happened on schedule, and as promised.

First, start with the knock on the door--Shane, a professional who wasn't a part time student stumbling to get the message out. His presentation, information, and non-pushy approach was something I just had to listen to. I check one other company and dismissed the others. Senga made claims about the savings, design, integration with the grid (PG&E & Pioneer), installation, permitting, inspections--all happened on schedule, and as promised. The design and equipment have yielded a net savings in our rainy month of March, as our first month. The app easily tells you what is being generated and consumed from the panels, batteries and the grid. Their support office staff communicates timely, and follows up with return emails, texts, and phone calls as promised. This is the company to go with for you solar system, barr none. Truly 5 star all the way in all aspects. And I do not write reviews and post but I felt the need to do so.

We installed a full solar system with Senga Energy - solar panels on the roof, plus a home battery. They were very helpful, responsive and transparent throughout the whole process - we had lots of questions about the installation process, the financing, and permitting and approvals. Shane from Senga stayed with us throughout the whole process. The crew was very professional and communicated through all the steps including after approval from our utility to start up the system. Would highly recommend them to any homeowner considering solar.

Because of his unselfish assistance I did purchase Solar Panels for my home a couple of years ago. Mr. Turner is kind, respectful and if he does not have the answer to one's question (s), he will let you know and get back to you when he finds/figures out the answer. We interviewed about 6 solar companies and even entered a contract with another but when we allowed SENGA to review it, we found that they attempted to charge us more than what we had agreed to with the PPA. There is no one perfect solar solution in CA (lease, loan, PPA, etc) but SENGA definitely helps to navigate with honesty and integrity. Highly recommended.

The system passed inspection with no issues.

We just had our solar system installed and are very pleased with the whole installation process. The installation team led by Whit listened to our concerns about placement of equipment, concealing conduit needed to connect the panels to the inverter. They went above and beyond my expectations. A week later Hayden came out to finish some touchup painting and meet with the building inspector. The system passed inspection with no issues.

Best program for people with high energy Bills. Raymond Tabodoa explained how it works and unlike the other soler companies Senga Energy helps each home get the best savings on their bill. We just had the new electricity panel put in, Blair Abdon was awesome I was very pleased.
