Mi Gran Esperanza steps in with chemotherapy, hospital stays and medication, and with emotional support for the whole family. Since 1995 they have stood beside children and families across Jalisco, supporting 478 cases in 2024 alone.

Ana was diagnosed with leukemia when she was six months old. Her family had no health insurance, no savings and no options.
Mi Gran Esperanza stepped in and covered her chemotherapy, her hospital stays and her medication.
Today Ana is in remission, and her parents are planning her second birthday.
